Addenda and Errata

This page is a record of the changes made to the 2021-2022 Calendar after it was originally published.

There are three types of changes noted on this page:

  • Items marked as ADDENDA were approved after the Calendar was published. Addenda listings will include the date the change was approved. This is the date the new regulation took effect, regardless of when it was added to the Calendar.
  • Items marked as COVID-19 ADDENDA are changes made to the 2021-2022 Calendar in response to COVID-19 that impact a previously listed regulation. Other COVID-19 measures that don't impact a previously listed regulation may not be listed in the Calendar.  For up to date information regarding the U of A's response to COVID-19 please see COVID-19 (novel Coronavirus) Information page.
  • Unmarked items are errata, and include corrections to errors or omissions that were approved prior to the originally publication of the Calendar.

If you have any questions regarding the items listed here, please contact the University Calendar Editor.

ADDENDA. On the General Undergraduate Admission Requirements  page, the section for Admission from a British-Patterned System was revised with updated regulations.  The original text on the page read:

The minimum requirement for admission is superior standing in the five specific Faculty and program course requirements (see Admission Requirements by Faculty), at least three of which must be at the GCE Advanced Level (A-level) or Advanced Subsidiary Level (AS-level).

Final admission is based on completion of required subjects for the General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE), International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) or Ordinary Level (O-level) qualification; and either the completion of required Advanced Subsidiary Level (AS-level) subjects, and/or the predicted or achieved results in required Advanced Level (A-level) subjects.
