The subject area requirements listed on this page are part of the Bachelor of Science (Major and Honors) program offered by the Faculty of Science. Mathematical Physics subject area GPA will be calculated including all courses at the 200-level or above with course designators PHYS, MATH, ASTRO, GEOPH, BIOPH, and MA PH. Honors in Mathematical Physics Requirements

- Students who successfully complete MATH 117 must replace MATH 216 with 3 units selected from MATH at the 200-level or higher.
- Students who take 3 units in a 400-level ASTRO course for this program requirement will also be satisfying the Breadth from Within the Faculty of Science requirement.
- MA PH 364 may be offered every second year and must be taken in either Year 3 or Year 4.
Major in Mathematical Physics Requirements
6 units from:
Any 300- and 400-level course with the following course designators: - ASTRO (See Note 1)

Notes:
