This comprehensive program, delivered online (both asynchronously and synchronously), integrates academic training with practical experience, equipping professionals to innovate and lead across diverse real estate sectors. The program encompasses development, finance, sustainability, policy, urban planning, building healthy communities, transportation logistics planning, and various areas within the city-building space. The curriculum is designed to meet the evolving demands of the field, positioning our graduates for diverse employment roles worldwide. The program aims to attract and nurture the next generation of city builders and real estate professionals, who will play crucial roles in effectively shaping these communities and turning vision into reality.

Program Requirements

Students are required to complete 30 units in coursework, including a 3-unit capstone project.

Ethics Requirement

The GPS Academic Integrity and Ethics Training will be fulfilled through registration in INT D 710 .

Professional Development Requirement

Students in the MRED program fulfill the GPS professional development requirement through their program.

Length of Program

The program is designed to be completed in one year, but students have the flexibility to create their own pathway and complete it in 2-3 years. To be delivered online.
