Entrance Requirements
Candidates must hold a baccalaureate or its academic equivalent to enter this program. The Department requires a minimum admission grade point average equivalent to a 3.0 on most 4-point grading systems, based on the last two years of full time study at a recognized institution. Where applicable (see English Language Requirement ), candidates must obtain a TOEFL score of at least 95 (internet-based, with at least 20 per section) or 570 (paper-based), or equivalent IELTS, PTE, MELAB or CAEL scores.
For the Pathologists’ Assistant specialization, candidates must also have the following prerequisites: Microbiology (★3), Biology (★6), Physiology (★3), Biochemistry (★6), ANAT 200 or equivalent, English (★6) and a course in Medical Terminology.
