SEM 437 - Managing Culture
★ 3 (fi 6) (either term, 3-0-0) This course has two aims: 1) to explore how organizational and work group cultures affect the management of an organization; and 2) to explore how national culture impacts management practice and ‘doing business’ in foreign settings. Prerequisite: SEM 201, 301 or 310. Open to third- and fourth-year students.
