SEM 418 - Public Sector Employee Relations
★ 3 (fi 6) (either term, 3-0-0) This Human Resource Management course examines public sector employee relations in the context of governments, public service commissions, trade unions, and administrative tribunals. It highlights public sector/private sector differences and includes a simulation of public sector labor contract negotiations. Prerequisite: SEM 201, 301 or 310. Open to third- and fourth year students.
