DENT 552 - Applied Multivariate Statistical Analysis

★ 3 (fi 6) (either term, 3-0-2) Multivariate analysis of variance, repeated measures, multivariate linear regression, principal components, discriminate analysis, cluster analysis, and multidimensional scaling will be studied. The concepts will be illustrated by problems in dentistry and the medical sciences. Each student will submit a written report and present a research project focusing on these statistical methods. Applications to real data will be emphasized through the use of SPSS. Prerequisite: DENT 551.
