Topics covered include organizational structure, culture, individual differences, personality, motivation, leadership, groups, decision making, power, politics, conflict, careers, stress, and organizational change. Not to be taken by students with credit in SMO 101, 201, 301 or 310. Not for credit in the Bachelor of Commerce program.
