NUTR 468 - Clinical Nutrition

★ 3 (fi 6) (either term, 3-0-3) Basic principles of nutrition in clinical situations. The role of diet in the management of various diseases. The laboratory sessions include practical experience in providing individualized nutritional care for clients from various cultural backgrounds. Only open to students in the BSc in Nutrition and Food Science, Nutrition major. Graduate students may not register for credit (see AFNS 568). Credit will only be given for one of AFNS 568, NUTR 468, and NU FS 468. Pre- or corequisite: NUTR 301.
