General Information
The BSC in Forest Business Management prepares students for careers as professional foresters with specialized knowledge in business management practices. Graduates are eligible for careers as Registered Professional Foresters.
The program is offered jointly by the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences and the School of Business. Students in the BSc in Forest Business Management can participate in the Cooperative Education Program .
Entrance to this program takes place after at least one year of university (or equivalent) studies.

Requirements
The program includes three field schools (REN R 101 , REN R 290 , and REN R 295 ) that provide training in practical aspects of forestry. REN R 101 should be taken in the first year (or in the initial year in the BSc in Forest Business Management program) just before the start of regular classes in Fall. REN R 290 and REN R 295 should normally be taken immediately after the second year and must be taken prior to the fourth year of study, to ensure that students are able to apply the skills learned in the last year of their program. Students must also complete a capstone course .
