Description
Basic principles of nutrition in clinical situations. The role of diet in the management of various diseases. The laboratory sessions include practical experience in providing individualized nutritional care for clients from various cultural backgrounds. Prerequisites: (NUTR 201 or NUTR 401, which can be taken as co-requisite), NU FS 356, BIOCH 310 and NUTR 302.
