★ 3 (fi 6) (either term, 3-0-0) Topics include government organization and administration, budgets, policy making, and democratic control and accountability. The focus is on Canada, but other countries are also considered. Prerequisite: One of POL S 224, 225, (or 220 or 230) or Department consent.
