PHYS 297 - Classic Experiments in Physics

★ 3 (fi 6) (either term, 0-0-6) Choice of modern physics experiments including speed of light, measurement of e/m, Balmer series in hydrogen, photoelectric effect, and the Millikan oil drop and Franck-Hertz experiments. Prerequisite: PHYS 294 or 295. Corequisites: PHYS 208 or 271. Pre or corequisites: PHYS 230 or 281, and MATH 101 or 115 or 118 or 146 or SCI 100.
