A major in Anthropology offers a broad, holistic approach to the discipline yet allows specialization in one of the sub-areas: archaeology; biological anthropology; social/cultural anthropology; and linguistic anthropology. Courses at the 400-level offer substantial anthropological method and theory content.

Students majoring in Anthropology should consult the Department regarding selecting required courses and options.
