Description Legal Foundations of Entrepreneurship is a practical course for undergraduates that teaches students about important legal considerations for start-ups and growing companies. The course focuses on how to evaluate risk in relation to business development, competition, as well as laws and regulations. Students will also learn about the legal aspects of corporate structuring, intellectual property protection, financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
