Environments and environmental change associated with high latitude and high elevation regions. Topics vary: see www.eas.ualberta.ca/eas458 for details. May be taken more than once for credit provided no topic is repeated. Topics include: (1) Arctic environments; (2) Alpine environments; (3) Antarctica.
