Description
Examination of technical and stylistic perspectives from Modernist art music techniques established before 1950 to those found in art, popular, and world music in the twenty-first century. Included are exercises in composition and performance as well as training in related listening, sight singing, and score-reading skills. Prerequisites: AUMUS 261 and 263.
