PHARM 201 - Principles of Medicinal Chemistry

★ 3 (fi 6) (first term, 3-1s-0) Introduces students to fundamental principles in medicinal chemistry necessary to understand the relationship between drug structure and drug action. The clinical relevance of medicinal chemistry will be explored through examination of drug structure, properties, classification, cell targets, and selected design/development strategies. (Restricted to Pharmacy students.)
