AFNS 524 - Nutrition and Metabolism Related to Cancer

★ 3 (fi 6) (first term, 3-0-0) A lecture and reading course to address nutritional issues specifically related to cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment and recovery. Lectures are the same as for NU FS 424, but with additional assignments and evaluation appropriate to graduate studies. Credit will only be given for one of AFNS 524, NU FS 424, ONCOL 524 and 424. Prerequisite: consent of instructor. (Offered jointly by the Department of Agricultural, Food and Nutritional Science and the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry).
